Function: Develops projects designed to encourage dialogue across ethnic boundaries and to promote intercultural perspectives on and comparative analyses of the literatures and languages of various ethnic groups, including African Americans, Chicanos, Asian Americans, Puerto Ricans, and Native Americans.
