This roundtable will focus on how the strategic planning process can be an opportunity for women and minorities to make relevant issues part of their institutions’ goals and objectives. Roundtable speakers come from a range of institutions, and all have experience with the strategic planning process. The format will be structured to allow generous audience interaction with the panelists.
