Session Description:
Many academic leaders with PhDs hold positions off the tenure track. This roundtable explores the career paths of the participants: director of a university women's center, director of a center for teaching excellence, associate director of leadership gifts in a development office, senior program officer at a foundation, senior adviser to a college president, and research and instruction librarian.
