This interactive workshop will identify success strategies for graduate students and junior faculty members of color as they negotiate their academic careers and the job market. Following a brief overview of relevant data, we will discuss proven strategies for recruiting, retaining, and mentoring graduate students of color and focus on challenges faced by junior faculty members of color.
