Wilkinson, Univ. of Texas, Austin; Tegan Zimmerman, Univ. of Alberta Simone de Beauvoir was a voracious reader whose works often reflect the influence of other thinkers both past and contemporary. Participants in this session will endeavor to establish links between her ideas and those of a variety of authors.
