Rhody, National Endowment for the Humanities; Elliott Shore, Bryn Mawr Coll. Session Description: In increasing numbers, scholars are pursuing careers as "alternative academics"—embracing hybrid and non-tenure-track positions in libraries, presses, humanities and cultural heritage organizations, and digital labs and centers.
