Session Description: Our roundtable will analyze the impact of service learning in literature classrooms while highlighting the ways in which this pedagogy is now being practiced nationally through a collaboration of scholars and academic organizations (MLA, SAMLA, NWSA, Campus Compact, and others) interested in new ways of reading literary texts and communities.
