Session Description:

This roundtable showcases materials from the Newberry Library’s special collections that scholars in Latin American colonial studies have used for research and teaching. A librarian from the Newberry will present on digitization projects. The session will focus on the importance of these materials for the humanities, and for the field of Latin American colonial studies specifically, as well as on methodological approaches.
