Membership Waiver and Funds Requests

To request a waiver of membership or program funds, go to the Convention Forms Menu and click the link for the appropriate session type. You will be presented with a list of nonmember participants for whom you may request waivers and funds.

Note that you must submit your final proposal before you may submit a waiver of membership or request for program funds.
