Online Directory Launched

For environmental and financial reasons, the MLA Executive Council voted in May 2009 to eliminate the September issue of PMLA. All the information formerly published in that issue is now available online and is accessible through a central contents page. With monthly and daily updates to many sections, the online directory gives members more accurate information to help plan convention sessions, apply for fellowships and grants, and take advantage of other MLA resources. By not printing the directory, the association will be saving some 83,000 pounds of paper and over $100,000 in printing and mailing costs each year. A printed list of 2011 members is available for purchase through the dues form or when you renew your membership online.
