New Web Page for Developing Delegate Assembly Proposals

Members who are thinking about proposing a motion or a resolution for consideration by the Delegate Assembly may use the new Delegate Assembly Proposal Page to solicit comments from delegates and other MLA members on how best to frame their proposals. It is hoped that such preliminary, informal discussion will allow members to optimize their proposals before the 1 October submission deadline for motions and resolutions.
