Making a Case for the Humanities
The Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) has just published a compendium of papers from “Making a Case for the Humanities: Advocacy and Audience,” a session at the 2012 MLA convention in Seattle. Sponsored by the Delegate Assembly Organizing Committee, the roundtable considered the state of academic humanities and how scholars could best ensure a broad audience for their work in the twenty-first century.
