PMLA Highlights

The March 2011 issue of PMLA was mailed to MLA members and includes five regular essays; a section on “the clash of religions”; features in the series Theories and Methodologies, The Changing Profession, and Criticism in Translation; and a collaborative Editor’s Column in which six authors join the editor in exploring whether literary-historical periods can be reframed in terms of dominant energy sources.
