2016 Convention Program Forms
The deadline for submitting all program forms is 1 April.
Special-session proposals and nonguaranteed-session proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee at its meeting in May. Organizers will be informed of the committee’s decision by early June.
NOTE: The following forms are for representatives of forums (formerly divisions and discussion groups), MLA committees, and allied organizations. If you wish to propose a special session as an individual member, go to www.mla.org/ssp_main.

Plenaries: Plenaries (previously known as forums) are large public meetings on topics of broad general interest. Any member who wishes to propose a plenary is encouraged to get in touch with the executive director (email@example.com) before submitting a proposal. If you wish to propose a plenary, go to www.mla.org/ssp_main_plenary.
Membership waiver requests and requests for funding may be made from the "Thank You" page after you have submitted your program form. If, however, you would like to request membership waivers or funding before submitting your program form, you may use the Membership Waiver Request and Request for Funding forms to submit these requests separately.
