2014 Convention Program Forms
The deadline for submitting all program forms was 1 April.
Special-session proposals and nonguaranteed-session proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee at its meeting in May. Organizers will be informed of the committee’s decision by early June.
Request to Hold a Social Event
Membership waiver requests and requests for funding may be made from the "Thank You" page after you have submitted your program form. You may also use the Membership Waiver Request and Request for Funding forms to submit these requests separately.
