2014 Convention Program FormsThe deadline for submitting all program forms was 1 April. Special-session proposals and nonguaranteed-session proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee at its meeting in May. Organizers will be informed of the committee’s decision by early June. Request to Hold a Social Event Membership waiver requests and requests for funding may be made from the "Thank You" page after you have submitted your program form.
